Fishing been tough but a good group of fisherman and lots of schooling action make for a great day.

42 crappie and a few bluecat. 

 Minnows and big trees 15 ft of water seemed to be the ticket today. 

Now for the big fish fry! !

Some days are just more special than others for every one.

 Today was one in particular. Good friends and long time customers .

 Lonnie and his sons Mike and Steve have fished with me many times but it had been a long time. 

 We caught all the sandbass plus a few bluecat just for Beatty !!

Just to pay her back a little for all those good Ranger Cookies all these years .

Good buddy Gio brought his family down for just a little celebration on the lake. 

 With some really good fishing the morning went by fast. 

 Im sure every one will have a fish fry now. 

 And thanks to my new deck hand Regan for doing such a good job.

He was Johnny hustle all morning!

Wind got up so we went crappie fishing. 

 Not as good on the crappie today. The wind  just put us in the penalty box.

But the early sandbass fishing was just awesome.

Hybrid limits

Two excellent anglers John and Greig jumped all over the big hybrids this morning. 

 With the morning booked twice already and folks canceled because of the weather 

 These young men stepped up READY TO FISH !!

 Ffishing is these guys middle name and they proved it again today ! !

 With two limits of hybrids throw In some catch and release plus sandbass and catching catfish on a really windy day.just because you can

 It was a really great morning.

Really great young couple Garrett and Hannah put a lot of fish in the box this morning with 50 big sandbass and a couple of big hybrids to brag about. 
We practiced  catch and release a few times today on some fish we never seen and that's okay. 
 There's a new lake record out there  still swimming! !
